I started to add more high intensity workouts and running this past month! It has helped me feel good to be a better mom, gives myself some “me time,” and I overall feel more strong and mentally healthy. I’ve enjoyed running as I’ve gotten older, but running doesn’t come easy for me. I have done two half marathons in my lifetime and I’m definately someone who needed to train or I wouldn’t have been able to cross the finish line. Whether running, doing high intensity interval training, or yoga/stretching. I need to wear comfortable athletic attire when working out and there are great quality pieces out there that are affordable! Here is my round up! Enjoy!
