The great thing about this greek yogurt bowl is that it’s an easy healthy go-to for breakfast, lunch, or for a snack! Also, the staples are the greek yogurt, hemp seeds, and chia seeds, but you can doctor up this bowl however you like with any fruit you have on hand! I don’t measure how much of the chia seeds and hemp seeds I put in, I usually eyeball around a teaspoon – tablespoon! I also like to include these two items in my smooties as well! Enjoy!
