Baby Nursery

What I’m Buying For Baby #2

  1. Baby Wooden Hair Brush – This is the highest rated and best priced wooden goat bristle brush. I used a plastic brush with my first born but I’m trying to eliminate plastic from our home where I can, so I’m going to try this one!
  2. Burt’s Bees Burp Cloths – I LOVED these burp cloths for my daughter, they are so soft and a good size. I’m restocking a pack of these for my son.
  3. Baby Brezza Formula Pro – Ok, this is splurge but I have heard amazing things and it was voted “Best Baby Product of 2018′ by BabyList Best! My daughter was exclusively formula fed after 4 months old and if that ends up being the same for my son this will be a sanity saver! It will dispense the exact amount of ounces you want with the correct amount of formula and has different temperature settings, amazing!
  4. IKEA 8-Drawer Dresser – We need a new dresser for the nursery and this dresser has just what we need! It has good storage, slide-out glider drawers on wheels, and is popular because of the price and look! I ordered the dresser in white but there are other colors to choose from!
  5. Halo Bassinest – This time around I need a bassinet that will be at bed height because I’m having a second C-section. With my daughter I was constantly bending over in the middle of the night to pick her up or to feed her which was not great for my C-section recovery. This bassinet sleeper can adjust to different heights and the feet can slide under the bed.
  6. Black Curtain Rod – This Amazon Basics curtain rod is inexpensive and has a modern look! I need to put black-out curtains in the nursery so this curtain rod will be a great option! It comes in three colors and I would buy more to put in other areas of our home.
  7. Changing Pad Liners – I need to restock these for the nursery and for our changing area on the first floor. They are great because you don’t have to be always washing the changing pad cover!
  8. Baby Teether – I’ve heard about the brand Itzy Ritzy and I’m going to try this silicone teether with my son. They also have silicone pacifiers as well which are popular!

Hope this post helps some new or second-time mommas out there! 🙂
