Greek Yogurt Bowl

The great thing about this greek yogurt bowl is that it’s an easy healthy go-to for breakfast, lunch, or for a snack! Also, the staples are the greek yogurt, hemp seeds, and chia seeds, but you can doctor up this bowl however you like with any fruit you have on hand! I don’t measure how much of the chia seeds and hemp seeds I put in, I usually eyeball around a teaspoon – tablespoon! I also like to include these two items in my smooties as well! Enjoy!

  • Greek Yogurt – Excellent source of calcium that can help bone growith, also contains probiotics to support healthy bacterial balance in your gut!
  • Chia Seeds – Excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron and calcium!
  • Hemp Seeds – Rich in healthy fats and essential fatty acids, also great source or protein!
  • Blueberries – high in potassium and packed with antioxidants!
  • Mandarins – Excellent source of vitamin C to support your immune system!
